FAQs of Transformer Movable vacuum pumping unit:
Q: How is the transformer movable vacuum pumping unit operated on-site?
A: The unit is easily moved using its heavy-duty wheels. Once in position, connect the unit to the transformer or system, plug in the 5-meter power cable (380V/415V, 3 Phase), and utilize the integrated control panel for either automatic or manual operation. The digital vacuum gauge assists in monitoring vacuum levels throughout the process.
Q: What applications is this vacuum pumping unit suitable for?
A: This unit is primarily used for transformer evacuation and transformer oil filtration in the electric power industry. It is engineered for high-vacuum applications, making it ideal for transformer maintenance, commissioning, and related industrial processes requiring precise vacuum performance.
Q: When should the oil mist filter and other filtration components be serviced?
A: Routine maintenance depends on your usage intensity and environment. Generally, it is recommended to inspect the oil mist filter and associated filtration systems after every major project, or at least quarterly, to ensure optimal efficiency and prevent blockages.
Q: What safety features are included in the vacuum pumping unit?
A: The unit incorporates overload protection and phase sequence protection, safeguarding both the equipment and operators. An emergency stop button is also provided on the control panel for rapid shutdown in unexpected situations.
Q: Where can the unit be deployed, and under what temperature conditions can it operate?
A: The pumping unit is designed for flexible deployment at transformer sites, substations, or industrial facilities. It operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -10C to +40C (without heating), and with the optional heating system, it can handle airflows at temperatures up to 80C.
Q: What are the benefits of a digital vacuum gauge and automatic control mode?
A: A digital vacuum gauge offers precise, real-time readings, granting users full control over vacuum levels. Automatic control mode facilitates hands-free operation, increasing efficiency and reducing operator workload, while manual mode remains available for specialized tasks.
